ALL CLIENTS MUST FILL OUT A RATES, TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO STARTING ANY WORK WITH MUFFET DESIGNS, LLC. THIS FORM WILL BE SHARED BY EMAIL FOLLOWING THE INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION.
RATES:
Initial Consultations:
15-minute phone consultation: free (potential client must submit photos)
On-site inital consultation: $100
Professional Organizing:
Hourly rate: $75/hour
Fees for organizing include hands-on sorting, discarding, editing, labeling, loading donations, unloading, dropping off donations, dropping off items to recycle, posting materials, and managing posts.
The minimum session is 3 hours. The maximum session is 5 hours.
With approval, Muffet Designs may hire movers to move donations and furniture. Movers are an additional hourly charge of $60 per person.
Designing, Project Management & General Contracting:
Fees for design, project managing, and general contracting include scheduling estimates, submitting bids, contacting subcontractors, gathering materials, scheduling and managing the overall scope of work, and obtaining permits. Hourly fees of $75/hour may apply.
If client accepts a contracted job, the general contracting fee is 20% of overall scope including materials and labor.
Drawings & Designs:
Drawings for furniture, closets, and organizational systems are a minimum charge of $500. This includes (2) one-hour meetings and (2) drafts.
Floor plans for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and garages range from $1000-1,500 per room for (2) one-hour meetings and (2) drafts.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cancellations are accepted with 24 hours’ notice by email or text message at no charge. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, the client will be invoiced $200 for a late cancellation.
In the case of a no-show, the client is responsible for paying the full amount of the scheduled hours and will be invoiced.
Travel fees are charged at the hourly rate for clients over 10 miles from the 15217 zip code.
Invoices are sent when work is completed. Payment is due upon receipt. If no payment is made after 15 days, a late fee of 10% will be added to the invoice.
The client agrees to release Muffet Designs LLC of any liability to property or possessions.
The client agrees that before and after photos may be taken for scope and planning purposes.
