ALL CLIENTS MUST FILL OUT A RATES, TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO STARTING ANY WORK WITH MUFFET DESIGNS, LLC. THIS FORM WILL BE SHARED BY EMAIL FOLLOWING THE INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION.

RATES:

Organization Consultation + Scope Planning Session:

  • Free 15-minute phone consultation. Potential clients must submit photos.

  • On-site consultation (scope planning session) - $150.00

Organizing:

  • Muffet Designs charges a rate of $90/hour per organizer, $54/hour per assistant organizer/hauler

  • Fees for organizing include hands-on sorting, discarding, editing, labeling, loading donations, unloading, dropping off donations, dropping off items for recycling, posting materials, and managing posts. A typical session is 9:30-3:30 Monday-Thursday.

  • With client approval, Muffet Designs may hire movers to move donations and furniture. Movers are an additional charge of $80 per hour per person.

General Contracting:

  • Fees for general contracting include scheduling estimates, submitting bids, contacting subcontractors, scheduling and managing the overall scope of work, and obtaining permits. Hourly fees may apply.

  • The general contracting fee is 20% of the overall scope of the project including materials and labor.

Project Management, Design, Drawings, and Floor Plans:

  • Design fees are at a rate of $90/hour.

  • Design meetings include selecting materials.

  • Drawings for furniture, closets, and organizational systems are a minimum charge of $500. This includes (2) one-hour meetings and (2) drafts.

  • Floor plans for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and garages range from $1,500-$2,500 for (2) one-hour meetings and (2) drafts.

  • Project Management is $48.00 per hour


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Cancellations and Travel Fees:

    • Cancellations are accepted with 24 hours' notice by email or text message at no charge. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, the client will be invoiced $200 for a late cancellation.

    • In the case of a no-show, the client is responsible for paying for the full amount of the scheduled hours and will be invoiced.

    • Travel fees are charged hourly for clients located more than 10 miles from the 15217 zip code.

  • Invoices:

    • Invoices are sent when work is completed. Payment is due upon receipt. If no payment is made after 15 days, a late fee of 10% will be added to the invoice.

  • Release of Liability:

    • The Client agrees to release Muffet Designs LLC from any liability for property or possessions.

  • Photo Waiver:
